Contact
The fastest way to get help is email: [email protected]. Messages are read and answered by the developer directly. If you are reporting a bug, please include your iPhone or iPad model and your iOS version so the issue can be reproduced.
How to play
WordFlip walks you through the rules with a short tutorial the first time you launch the game. The goal is to discover hidden words by flipping the tiles in the housing; bonus tiles are worth more points, and finishing a round before the timer runs out advances you to the next level.
My score did not post to the leaderboard
WordFlip uses Apple’s Game Center to host its leaderboard. If your score is not appearing, you are most likely not signed in to Game Center. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your Apple ID at the top, then tap Game Center to sign in. Scores submitted while signed in will sync the next time the game runs.
I am not receiving notifications
WordFlip will occasionally schedule a friendly reminder to play after a stretch of inactivity, but only if you granted notification permission when first asked. If you declined that prompt and now want reminders, open the iOS Settings app, scroll to WordFlip, tap Notifications, and turn Allow Notifications on.
The game crashed or will not launch
The first thing to try is fully quitting the app (swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then swipe WordFlip’s preview card off the top) and re-launching. If that does not resolve it, restart your device. If the problem persists, please email [email protected] with your device model and iOS version, and any details about what was happening when the crash occurred.
How do I delete my data?
WordFlip does not store any data on remote servers, so there is nothing on our side to delete. All information the app keeps — tutorial state, best score, and preferences — is stored locally on your device and is removed when you delete the app. Your Game Center profile and leaderboard entries are operated by Apple; you can manage them through iOS Settings.
Privacy
WordFlip collects nothing. For the full details, see the WordFlip privacy policy.
